The Residence Il Pavone (in english, “The Peacock”) is a preferred destination for you if you like to put together the fun for your children and the relaxation for yourself. The Residence Il Pavone is situated in the center of Marina di Campo, but it’s still far away from the daily chaos and noise, in a residential area.

Around the residence is a large Private park with many palmtrees, a beautiful lawn and plants of all kinds and a huge playground for your children. Between the many beautiful flowers, you will also find a variety of cactus. There is also a peacock breeding. Many birds and ducks are part of our daily visitors, and if you watch closely you will find water turtles.

The park is a great business card: very well maintained. The apartment is very spacious, functional and equipped with all accessories. Fantastic place! We had a great time. The park is fantastic, rabbits, peacocks, chickens, turtles and a great playground for the kids, my son had a good time. You can reach the sea and the beach by foot. The staff is very discreet but always there for each customer. (Tripadvisor)

Beautiful apartment near the center, well-kept garden, where would be also a nice swimming pool space. The parking in the shade is not to be underestimated. The only thing we did not like is the way when you leave the residence by foot, which is not comfortable with small children by the hand or with pushchairs. (Tripadvisor)
